This is the perfect Monthly journal spread! (Well in my opinion) I made a basic grid for the days of the month and also added in spaces for main goals, an inspirational quote, and habit tracking.
Here are the Steps:
- Start on the top left dot
- Count 2 down/8 across and box
- Skip down 5
- Count 5 down/8 across and box
- Skip down 1
- Repeat step 4 and 5 two times
- Count 11 down/8 across and box
- Return to the top box
- Skip right 1
- Count 5 down/5 across and box
- Skip down 1
- Repeat step 10 and 11 four times
- Repeat step 8-12 six times
Here's the close ups:
Na Pahuhopu are for your main goals for the month.
The habit tracker is labeled 1,2,3,4,5,6,P for Poakahi (Monday), Poalua (Tuesday), Poakolu (Wednesday), Poaha (Thursday), Poalima (Friday), Poaono (Saturday), and Lapule (Sunday). When you do the habit then you color it in. At the end of the month you can see how you did for that thing. I chose my habits to be: Hale Maemae (Keep a clean house), Olakino (health - eating healthy), and Hoomaha (for resting cause I hardly do that lol).
There's also a space for my thoughts and notes (ko'u manao).
At the top is a space for the name of the month and an inspirational quote
I flourished the journal with brush pens, but you can also use washi tape.
