Rental Proceures

1. Delivery/Pickup

  • If you rent online (currently the only option available), You will receive the item in the mail and the day of delivery (postmarked) will be day 1 of the rental period.

2. Returns

  • When you are ready to return or if your rental period is ended then you will use the preprinted shipping label in the box to send the items back.

3. Rental Period

  • Starts on the postmarked day of delivery and ends 5 days later. Package for return needs to be postmarked on the day after the 5 day. Example: Delivered on the 1st, rental period ends on the 5th, Post marked for return on the 6th.

Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

By renting from our site, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this document. Failure to comply may result in loss of deposit, additional fees, or a ban from future rentals.

2. Rental Period

  • The rental period will be specified at the time of rental.
  • The item(s) must be returned by the due date to avoid any late fees.

3. Deposit

  • A $50 deposit will be required for every rental.
  • If the item is returned on time and in good condition, the full deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 48 business hours.

4. Late Returns

  • A fee of $10 per day will be deducted from the deposit for each day the item is late.
  • Once the deposit is depleted, no further deposit will be returned.
  • If the item is returned after the deposit has been depleted, you will not receive any refund.

5. Condition of Returned Items

  • Good Condition: Items should be returned in the same condition they were rented in.
  • Poor Condition: If items are returned with damage or wear that prevents them from being rented again:
    • Only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
    • If the item is deemed unusable, no deposit will be refunded.

6. Non-Returned Items

  • If an item is not returned at all, the deposit will be retained in full, and additional charges may be applied.

7. Penalties and Bans

  • Late Returns:
    • If you return an item late three times within a 6-month period, you will be banned from future rentals.
  • Severe Damage/Non-Returns:
    • If you return an item in a condition that renders it unusable or fail to return it within 5 days after the due date, you will be banned from renting again.

8. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 24 business hours if the item is returned on time and in good condition.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellations: You may cancel your rental for a full refund up to 48 hours before the rental start date.
  • Late Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date will result in a 25% fee of the rental price being deducted from your refund.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the day the rental starts, you will be charged 50% of the rental fee, and the deposit will be refunded.
  • No-Show: If you fail to pick up or use the rental item without prior cancellation, you will be refunded the cost of the rental, but the deposit will be retained.

10. Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for lost, stolen, or severely damaged items. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Future Rentals

  • You will not be able to borrow items if you have been banned due to damage or late returns.
