Kaulumaika Shipping Policy

Mahalo for supporting Kaulumaika! Every order is made and packed with care from our home in Kailua, Hawaiʻi. Below you’ll find our current shipping policies, timelines, and details so you know what to expect when ordering with us.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume times like Black Friday, holiday sales, or new launches, please allow an extra few days.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates + Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • We ship primarily with USPS from Hawaiʻi.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $[amount] (U.S. only).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after shipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

After your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal carrier.
If your package seems delayed or missing:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact USPS with your tracking number.

  3. Then email us at shopkaulumaika@gmail.com if further help is needed.

We’ll do our best to assist, but Kaulumaika cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


Wrong Address or Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional postage fees will apply.


International Orders

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Kaulumaika is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
