Getting Motivated to Improve Your Language Skills

Last week we had one of Maluhia’s Hawaiian language mentors over for dinner. It was actually the first time I really got to sit and talk with him because most of what I hear from him and about him is through Malu. Being able to talk with him and hear him speak Hawaiian pierced my very soul. He spoke so beautifully, so fluidly, and being around him motivated me to want to keep learning and improving! I’m making it a goal this week to listen to 3 episodes of Ka Leo Hawaii. Join me if you want to improve your language skills as well!
